Qresev app shell — Astro + React island + FastAPI replay API

FastAPI replays the committed worked examples through the accounting/ kernel and streams typed events over SSE. The three-zone /app island does not subscribe to that stream yet — its stream panel shows a fixed illustrative trace. UI hard-refuses any options leg outside the six-strategy allow-list.
